Staci Lynch
Staci Lynch is a philanthropic and education leader with expertise across the nonprofit, education and foundation landscapes. She has a passion for issues related to racial equity, education, and social impact with proven results in relationship development, program design and implementation, and coaching. Staci has spent the last decade and a half working to elevate the quality of education accessible to all children, and she has an unapologetic drive towards social justice and anti-racist action.
Staci’s prior experience includes:
Philanthropic Officer with the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, where she successfully leveraged millions of dollars to help address some of the city’s most complex issues.
Grant writer for Fulton County Schools, where she successfully secured over $4 million to support innovative educational programs.
Director of External Affairs for the Ron Clark Academy, a nationally-recognized, inner-city model school with a vision to transform classrooms around the world by demonstrating transformative methods and techniques that are embraced and replicated everywhere.
Serves on several boards including redefinED Atlanta, an education reform organization; the Atlanta Speech School; and the Racial Equity Committee for Drew Charter School.
Engages in racial healing work through the Radical Optimist Collective.
Staci has a Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia University and Bachelor’s degree in English from Princeton University.
