Blythe Jeffers
I am driven by helping organizations grow and generate greater value for their customers. I enjoy helping leaders define their objectives and create strategies to achieve those objectives – then working side-by-side as a coach through implementation. It inspires me to see teams deliver on their strategic initiatives and increase their impact for people and communities.
At Greenway Strategy
I utilize my process management skills and attention to detail to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations, while giving careful consideration to the challenges of change management. I guide cross functional teams in designing implementation plans that achieve their strategic objectives. I coach implementation team leaders through implementation planning and execution. I also conduct program and process reviews to identify areas to increase efficiency and effectiveness – resulting in greater impact for the organization’s clients. My strategy development work includes community-based nonprofit organizations, state agencies, and higher education.
Where I’ve created impact
As a Business Improvement Lead with Turner Broadcasting System, I successfully led business transformation projects across business divisions, functions and global locations. Projects spanned from launching new, multi-million-dollar businesses to designing shared service centers to post merger integrations generating $30 billion in revenue.
While Business Manager for Habitat for Humanity in Atlanta, I managed all financial activities and reporting for the largest single family home builder in the City of Atlanta, that was also a not-for-profit charitable organization. During that time, Habitat for Humanity in Atlanta managed 360 homes.
As Manager of Business Affairs for The American Education Fund, I designed and stood up an organization to process student loans in all 50 states.
Early in my career I was an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers with key clients in government, technology and banking.
Experiences that inspire me
My passion for business has led to a role as a guest lecturer at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), bringing business concepts to reality for tomorrow’s creative leaders. I also enjoy sharing the joy of reading with young readers at my local elementary school.
